With each of the projects we are creating sources of additional work for the community, increasing income for the sustainability of the foundation and our donors will be able to take advantage of it, learning about the Mayan civilization, from the heart of the Cakchiquel culture (the largest indigenous group in Guatemala) and its religious center in the ruins of Iximché, the main attraction of the trip, as well as nearby places such as Guatemala City, Antigua Guatemala, or Lake Atitlán.
Volunteer
Over several years our organization has worked, with increasing success, we are happy to say, to provide health, education and employment opportunities for the wonderful, but sometimes less advantaged, people in Tecpan. If you would be interested in participating in or supporting our projects, your help would be most welcome!
Professionals in medicine, dentistry, education and the skilled trades, as well those who just like to roll up their sleeves and help, will find many satisfying challenges amid our ongoing projects and objectives in Tecpan. Likewise, any contributions of medical, educational tools and/or equipment, and financial support would be put to the best use!
Donor Suite
Our suites are for our most esteemed donors of the foundation. We have completed the first of 30 and about to begin construction on the second and third.
Objective:
Generate revenue for the foundation for its sustainability and create jobs in the hotel service industry.
Dormitories
Our next project consists of the building of dormitories to bring together safe lodging of medical groups and others that wish to serve and learn. The dormitories will house at least 100 people with food, entertainment and various other services.

Medical Residencies
We want to work with national and foreign medical colleges that offer supervised social residences for medical students. This is a great opportunity to learn about general medicine in an underserved area, while experiencing Guatemalan culture.

Participate in the education of future doctors and support the health work of the foundation.

Scholarships
We seek to be able to grant scholarships to children annually since basic education is essential so that children in this sector can achieve decent jobs, and that one day these will allow them to support a family. Through the foundation we want children to have the opportunity to develop their potential and contribute to the community and the country’s economy.
Objective:
Prevent them from leaving school because they do not have the economic resources and thus reduce the percentage of children who drop out of school because they have to work.
Over the last 35 years, we have managed to help build 3 local schools in this sector. Child attendance has grown significantly, from 75 children to more than 1,700 children.
Financing
We will be financing these scholarships through individual or corporate donations made at the foundation in Tecpán or at our Epicure restaurant located in La Antigua Guatemala.
Expansion of the Clinic
Due to the continous increase of patients the past months we have expanded our various facilites, including dental, radiology, laboratories, optical, in order to support more people with our services now and in the future.
